Create Client Record
You create a Client Record. Start with minimal information: First and Last name. The system allows you to keep track of detailed medical, family, insurance, prior authorization information, etc. However, to start, First and Last name is enough.
Create Caregiver (Employee) Record
You create a Caregiver (Employee) Record. Start with minimal information: First and Last name. Assing a user name and a password so the Caregiver can access the system and update the information as they perform the services.
Create Online Schedule
Open the Client Record, and add a Schedule assigning the Caregiver Record.
Caregiver Performs The Service
As the Caregiver performs the service, they will use the Mobile App or access the system online to record the service details. The Client confirms the performed service either from the Caregiver phone or accessing the system online later.
All Done
All done, all the information has been recorded, including the Client's signature. Just bill the service through the integrated billing system and create payroll reports to pay your employees. The system will keep track of the electronic remittance advice (ERA) and update the information accordingly. No extra Administration staff is required.
